Commission general rules

By commissioning me, you agree and are aware of the following terms.

  • I have the right to refuse a request if I believe I can't do it, feel umcomfortable, or for any other reason.

  • Commissions are for personal use only. For commercial use, contact me via email. There will be additional charges for commercial rights.

  • I retain all rights to my work. I am allowed to post on my social medias and include it in my portfolio.

  • You may share your commission anywhere, as long as credit is given.

  • Payment is via Ko-fi only. Half the price must be paid up front, and once the sketch is approved, the remaining half must be paid before I keep working on it.

  • You may request a full refund if you cancel your order during the sketch stage. A full refund will also be issued if I give up on your order.

  • Minor changes after the sketch stage are free. Major changes may require additional fees based on complexity.

By purchasing my designs, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service. Note that my T.O.S is subject to changes at any given time.

purchase

• Payment methods: Paypal, PIX.
• Holds are allowed. The adopt can be on hold for up to 4 days, after that, it will be reopen if the payment has not been made yet and you will no longer be allowed to buy this adopt.
• I'll DM you after the adopt resquest.
• You must pay within 1 day, otherwise you'll receive a warning and if you don't pay within 24 hours, the adopt will be reopen and you will no longer be allowed to buy this adopt.
• When the payment is done, I'll send you the character without the watermark.
• I don't do refunds. Be sure of your choice.

ownership

• You're allowed to make profit out of the character, but credit me and don't use my art.
• You'll be the character/design owner, do not claim yourself as the creator.
• You may change their design, but don't make them unrecognizable.

RESALE / TRADES / GIFTS

Please tell me who's the new owner and show them this T.O.S.

• Resales are allowed.
You may resell them for any price you want, but don't make art of them just to raise the price, be reasonable.
Stay with the adopt for at least 2 weeks before reselling it.
• Trades are allowed.
Follow the requirements above before trading it.
• Gifts are allowed.
Follow the requirements above before gifting it.

• I retain copyright over my artwork, I may use it for self-promotion or for posting on other sites.
• You may post it anywhere you'd like as long as you credit me. Do not claim you made the artwork.
• My artworks are intended for personal use, the fees for commercial use are +50% the original price.
• You'll receive the artwork with quality after paying.
• I don't do refunds. Be sure of your choice.
